"What fun?" I asked, trying to block Sorsha as she tried to peer over my shoulder.
"Bet you already know," the first one said, glaring at me.
"Lower your weapons!" Rubble shouted as she came from behind his men. "They're welcome here."
"No other bikers should be welcome here right now," one of his men snapped.
"They were already coming before this," Rubble stated, sounding angry. "I know you guys are scared, and what just happened was awful, but the Salvation Knights didn't have sh.it to do with it. Lower your fu.cking weapons and go help the injured. Unless you wanna be dropped back down to prospect."
