"Wow," Wraith muttered as soon as Naddy was gone. "Never seen Nads that mad before."
"She like that during her last pregnancy too?" Gnarly asked Ty.
Ty. Not me. Because I wasn't there. But this fu.cker apparently was.
"Nah," he replied, looking in the direction Naddy went while shaking his head slightly. "She just cried all the time."
As soon as the words were out, Ty winced. His eyes flickered towards me for a moment. He gave me a sheepish look before quickly looking away.
"Were you there when she gave birth?" I asked him. "She told me she almost died."
