"Are we seriously doing this sh.it?" I asked Jinx, my eyes flickering to him before going back to the road.
"Already got it squared away with Deb," he replied with a big smile.
"Deidra is the one you're moving in. Not Deb," I said.
Jinx laughed, instantly irritating my soul.
"She'll be happy," he told me. "So sweet that you're worried about how my girl will feel about me moving her into my home without my permission, though. Even though you know she sneaks over here every single night. She told me about the times you guys talked."
