Just like I thought, Mom was up here within minutes after I kicked Dove out of my room. She yelled at me for being ungrateful as usual. Told me that whether I liked it or not, it was either here or foster care. So I guess I better act right.
Can you believe that? Fu.cking foster care. That's how much I matter to her, to everyone here.
After the lecture, I was told to stay in my room for the rest of the night. Mom wouldn't let me eat dinner either. I was thankful to Mrs. Garcia, who gave me a sandwich and a carton of apple juice for lunch today while I was weeding her garden. Otherwise, I wouldn't have eaten at all.
