Nadine's P.O.V. ********************************** We followed Shooter down a long narrow hallway with Julia behind us. The walls were filled with framed photos. To say that I was surprised to see some of me would be an understatement. I didn't even know they'd taken pictures of me growing up. I didn't comment on the pictures. I didn't say a word as I followed Shooter to their small kitchen. Off to the side was a dining table that sat six. Shooter pulled out the chair at the head of the table and sat down. Then he looked at Julia and gave her a nod. I guess that was an order to make tea because that's what she started to do. I moved towards the table and took the seat at the other end, the other head.
