Sienna’s POV Someone pulled the covers away from my body. I made a tired sound and reached blindly for them, but the person refused to return them. Opening my eyes felt almost impossible. When I finally managed it, Maya was standing beside the bed and saying something I could not understand. My mind was still in the barn with Kael. “Sienna, wake up,” Maya ordered. “You smell completely like Kael, and we have a wedding to attend.” Her words slowly made sense. Today was my wedding. I pushed myself upright and glanced towards the window. Morning light had already filled the room. “What time is it?” “Late enough that you need to move.” I climbed out of bed and hurried into the bathroom before Maya could question me about the night. Warm water poured over me as I stood beneath the shower.
