Sienna’s POV
We returned to Ash Hollow Complex the following evening, and the moment I stepped into the compound, I stopped walking. A hot tub had been installed in the open space near the building. For several seconds, I could only stare at it. I recognised the tub, the fresh work around it and the protective covering over part of the controls, but my mind refused to accept that it belonged there. Then I screamed. Nolan nearly dropped one of our bags, while Elena laughed at my reaction. I did not care. I turned towards Kael and threw myself at him, wrapping my arms around his neck and my legs around his waist. Kael caught me easily. His hands supported me beneath my thighs as I kissed him with every bit of excitement rushing through me. I did not care that Nolan and Elena were watching.
