We returned to the mansion.
Ironbridge’s highest-ranking wolves and their wives introduced themselves to Sienna and me. With the Beta position vacant, conversations quickly shifted towards possible replacements.
I had already chosen the wolf I wanted.
I kept the decision to myself until Brian and his mother returned.
They looked much better after bathing and changing clothes.
