He hasn't spoken a word since they all stepped into the truck, except for the few words he mumbled when they were packing up. And those only came when he was spoken to and mostly by her dad.
After witnessing his furious side or more like the fury in his voice, Natalie has been both in awe and weary of him. And tongue tied too. Unsure of what to say to him after the whole video call ordeal.
She meant to go after him when he stormed out of their kitchen with her phone in hand but her dad stopped her. Asking her to let him handle whatever it was. Something that surprisingly amused and fascinated her dad.
And well, he did...beautifully in her opinion. She could feel his intimidating self from behind
