After we were all checked out, the guys helped us take the stuff outside and get it loaded up in the back of my SUV. And then we headed to Effie's bakery. When we stepped inside, I was surprised to see how much stuff that she makes. I grabbed a piece each of her strawberry cheesecakes and her brownie one. Plus, I got a few different donuts, a couple of those being maple ones, my favorite.
Effie came out from the back to restock a few things and saw us waiting in line. "Hey, ladies, and Wolf and Sniper. What brings you in today?" she asked us. "I wanted a donut when we were at the grocery store, and Sniper told me that you have a bakery full of goodies. So we decided to stop here before heading back to the garage," I told her.
"And I was all for it when she said that she wanted to stop.
