When we got to the hospital the next morning, Rex and the boys were already there. Before we headed upstairs, Rex filled us in on what Zeus told him this morning. Knowing that the cops were fired and in a s**t load of trouble made my day. The only thing that would be better was if we had been there to witness it firsthand. It was about time that those cops got what they deserved.
When we headed inside, we got on the elevator and headed upstairs. Once on Ink's floor, Flower went up to the nurses' station that was by the door to see if any of our family was back with Ink yet. After she told her that we were the first to get there, I headed back with Flower while Rex stayed in the waiting room with the boys.
