The past couple of weeks have been a rollercoaster of emotions. After being kicked out of the clubhouse and off the property because of Pearl, I went to stay with one of my friends. I gave it until the next day before I called mom and asked her about getting my college books. Thankfully, after she found out that I was still in college, she brought them to me. I had to explain that I was doing online classes, though.
After my mom dropped my books off to me, I reached out to a friend of mine about a job. Thankfully, she was able to get me the job working as a receptionist at the clinic. Most of the clothes that Mom packed were just plain boring stuff. There were a few things that I'd be able to use for work, but not much.
