When we got back to the clubhouse, Doc still wasn't back yet. Luna was here, though, and she took Autumn to her room and gave her a bath. I sat on her bed and listened as that baby splashed the water and squealed over it. She was having a blast.
After Luna got her washed up, she drained the tub and then put more water and bubbles into it. When she was finally done, Luna brought her out and got her dressed in new clothes. "She was having so much fun and didn't want to get out. I'm happy that she wasn't terrified of the water. But it took washing her and her hair a few times before I finally got her clean. Now, I think she needs some broth and jello, and she'll be good to go. Are you going to take her to the fair?" she asked me.
