"Who's Caroline?"
I ask and the entire room falls into a stunned silence.
"I take it from your shocked faces and the deafening silence in the air that you all know who she is?"
"Baby, where did you hear that name from?"
Brandon asks me.
"I already told you, Brand, mother told me last night"
"And what...what exactly did your mother tell you about her, sweetheart?"
My dad asked me nervously and I looked down feeling unsure about how I should go about telling them everything my mother had told me because I didn't know how they were gonna react to it.
Brandon and Damian didn't know our auntie personally and there's a chance that if they did know about her existence then it's only because my daddy and uncle have told them about her.
