Iridessa
After I turned back towards the stairs, I slowly started down them. I was a little afraid of what I was going to find at the bottom. With as old as some of these tunnels are, it's hard to tell what is actually in them. I had heard rumors about them, but I didn't know if I should believe them or not.
So I decided to take my time. Once I had made it so far down, I looked back up at Christian before I went around a corner. I gave him one last smile and then made it so that I couldn't be seen and continued down the steps. After I went around the corner, the steps turned into a spiral staircase. And I dont know about you, but I hate these things. Especially when there are a lot of them. Going round and round in circles makes me wanna barf.
And these steps seemed to go on forever.
