When I woke up this morning, I thought it would be just like every other morning.
I thought I'd wake up, stretch, do my usual routine, have some breakfast and then get on with my day but that's not the case, especially when I felt a huge weight on my waist which made me feel like I was being weighed down by a freaking anchor.
