It took him a several seconds just staring right into my eyes as if he was weighing my expression.
“What documents?”
I blinked once and a few drops of my tears fall down. It’s funny how he is still trying to save his ass when he is obviously caught red handed.
“Are there any more documents you were hiding that you cannot figure out what I have seen?” I bitterly laugh, wiping my tears away.
Even though I couldn’t see any reason why I should be crying in the first place, hearing him deny everything right in my face only made me understand how easy it is for him to lie.
