“Soliciting? Who the hell said that? What are you accusing me of?” Noel demanded.
“Put your hands behind your back. You'll have your charges explained to you once we get to the jail,” the male officer advised.
“I’m not doing that unless you tell me what the charges are. This is a misunderstanding. Someone’s trying to set me up. You can’t just do this to me. I know my rights,” Noel snapped out.
“Ma’am, you're under arrest. Comply with the instructions that we've given you,” the female officer's tone grew sharper.
