What in the hell was I listening to? How did they even get this audio? I knew that Noel hadn't listened to my instructions and stayed home as I told her to. I specifically told her to avoid any situation that would cause me more issues. I can tell from the look on her face that she had indeed said what I was hearing.
I'm also sure that this had been authenticated before it was brought into evidence. I hadn’t even had time to ask my public defender for a minute for us to confer about what we had just heard. The prosecutor went straight for the jugular. Why had Noel done this to me? Hadn't I suffered enough? She took my only way out of the charges I was facing, and crushed it under her own heel.
