I never thought of that before Halton pointed out the fatal flaw in my plan. Edwin and Andrea had a lot more money than me. They wouldn't hire someone incompetent to carry out their wishes. I had acted in anger and didn’t consider the consequences. I never messed up like this. I always planned things out well in advance.
I was just so angry about the divorce, losing the chance to take the bakery, and Noel messing up with Wilson. That I let my emotions get the best of me. When Brett exposed me and Noel to the entire city, I lost it. I couldn’t punish Noel, but Emma was fair game. I've made a huge mistake. I needed to fix it, and to do that, I needed Halton's help.
