Chapter 91
Emma’s POV
Something was going on, but no one would tell me exactly what it was. I know they’re treating me with kid gloves because of what happened at my bakery last week, but I can handle it. I don’t like being kept in the dark, and I’m positive that I am now.
The other day, we went over to my grandparents’ home for dinner. It was unexpected, but I will never turn down my grandmother’s home cooking. They came over, picked me up, and let me choose dinner, too. I have to admit that I'd always thought pregnancy cravings were a myth. Although my morning sickness was fairly mild, the cravings started after the second month.
