“Are you serious? Oh my goodness! I had no idea.” I gasped in shock when Caroline told me that her mother had passed away earlier in the morning. “I don’t think Alexander remembers. He would be so devastated when his memories come back.”
“Oh, my poor brother! I’m sure he got into an accident because I told him about the news. I had no idea he was even driving.” Caroline’s worried voice echoed from the other end of the line.
