The cameras exploded the moment we stepped out of the car.
Flash after flash, questions shouted from every direction, microphones shoved toward us like weapons. I kept Nova close, my arm around her waist, shielding her as best I could.
"Nova! Is Darren the father?"
"Mr. Storm! Are you prepared to raise another man's child?"
