I stayed beside Stephanie as she went around to all the pack members and let them congratulate her and then she hugged them as they said goodbye. Many cried, while others tried to remain stoic, but it was obvious that this entire pack is going to miss her.
I was already proud to be her mate, but seeing how this pack responds to her, makes me even more confident that our pack will fall in love with her. She’s going to make one hell of a Luna.
I kept my eyes open for Elena. I have no intention of letting her ruin Stephanie’s party. When she finally did make her appearance, she went straight to her mother. Based on the sour look on Luna Lysa’s face, Elena must have told her what happened. Too bad. Both women need to show some respect for Stephanie.
