Eralia’s POV
Abbey appears moments later, frowning at Austin as my brother groans, pouting.
‘You’ve had twenty minutes, that’s ten more than I said’ Abbey tells him firmly, ‘now it’s time to go to bed. If you try and sass me young man, I will not bring you back tomorrow’ she adds, my brother perking up immediately.
‘First thing?’ he asks hopefully.
Abbey rolls her eyes as she grabs the handles of the wheelchair, ‘tomorrow afternoon’ she corrects, ‘I don’t start work until two PM so you’ll have to wait until then.
‘Awww’ Austin grumbles, slouching in the chair.
‘Do you want me to make it after dinner?’ the nurse asks warningly.
‘No!’ Austin replies quickly, straightening up again, ‘two is fine! Right after lunch!’
