My alarm clock woke me up the next morning. I had to get up early because I wanted to take the kids to school and also run a few more errands.
Letting out a loud yawn, I stretched my hands above my head and blinked against the soft morning light spilling through the curtains.
I made my way into the bathroom and indulged in a quick shower. Then I changed into my clothes and made my way to the boys’ room.
Their nanny had already dressed them up.
The only thing left was eating breakfast.
I held their hands as I led them down the stairs. When we got to the dining room, the table was already set with a variety of breakfast dishes for the kids to choose from.
As we all settled down, I fixed their plates. Then I also grabbed waffles and chicken nuggets.
