“To new beginnings.” Patrick smiled as he lifted his glass.
Jordan, Blair, and I joined him. “To new beginnings.” We all chorused in unison.
I couldn’t help but smile as I looked around, taking a sip of my red wine. We promised to celebrate when Patrick and Jordan eventually found a way to get rid of Fredrick.
