I was ready to do anything for Valerie to forgive me, but I couldn’t let her get full custody of Liam. Even if I didn’t want to admit it, Liam was the only person tying us together.
Valerie wouldn’t even be in my house if it weren’t for Liam. And most importantly, she would have cut me off completely from her life.
I honestly didn’t know that she was still interested in taking Liam away from me. I thought that we were doing a good job of co-parenting him.
