FREYA POV
“F****g finally!” I yelled out as I realized I was at the lake I previously have spoken to the goddess at! “I’m here. Okay, now to find the goddess.” I whispered to myself as I looked around to see if I could spot her.
After a moment I realized I didn’t see her. So, I just started walking around.
After what felt like a few minutes she showed up behind me saying, “Sorry, I was, um, busy.” Scared the s**t out of me.
“Hi, um, Goddess. I-Well I just wanted to thank you for saving me, or bringing me back. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to repay you for that.” I said, pretty much forgetting the entire reason I was even there. I just saw her and my mind went straight to how grateful I am for what she did for my family.
