I got myself over to Joseph's. Adam answered the door, letting me in.
“How is he?” I asked him.
Adam shrugged, “It’s not been a good day. He is starting to see things that aren't there.” Adam said sadly.
“Oh no.” I said as my hand went to my mouth.
“I knew it wouldn’t be long after the wedding. But as prepared as I am, it still…” Adam said trailing off.
I grabbed Adam and pulled him to me. “I know, trust me I get it. At least you get to be with him until the end. I wish I had got that chance with my mom.” I told him.
“It’s just hard watching someone you love slip away from you every day. These last few days he doesn’t even know who I am.” Adam told me.
