Saint didn’t agree with my suggestion.
When I had said it, he had looked at me curiously. “A fake relationship?” He had repeated.
I had thought that the fact that he was intrigued was good enough which was why I had boldly said, “Yes.”
“I’m a businessman, sweetheart. What do I stand to gain from this?” He had asked and ended it at that. We didn’t talk about it anymore after that.
It was our last night in Miami. We were going to be flying back to California tomorrow morning and we were having dinner together. Since it was just family, it was a casual dinner. It was just to celebrate our last night together.
I wasn’t looking forward to it because Fab and Ben were going to be present but that was also the reason I was looking forward to it. “How do I look?” I asked
