Caden’s POV
I was whistling when I returned to work. I was ecstatic that Parker was pregnant again. I was even happier that she had promoted Adian, which had decreased her workload. I didn’t want her to overtax herself. It was hard trying to hold my smile back all afternoon. I wanted to tell the whole world that Parker and I were going to have another child.
Things had been perfect. Going to the park together. Cooking together. I was happier than I have ever been, until I found out that Parker was pregnant. I realized right then that I could indeed be happier. I knew my siblings would be happy for us. I knew that Colton sees Parker and me, and he really wants to find his special person too. I think that Craig is even warming up to the idea of it.
