“Five going on forty-five,” I laughed as I rolled off the bed. “I think he’s setting us up Robert.”
Robert gave me a crooked grin and shrugged out of his coat. “Well? Are you going to invite me over, or would you like to call it a night?”
He was so gentlemanly, offering me the choice to move our date on to the bedroom or just retire for the night. He stuffed his hands in his Jean pockets “even if we end it here, I want you to know that I had a great time tonight.”
“Yeah,” I agreed, picking up my shoes. “Me too.”
“Can I at least walk you to the door?”
