The emergency broadcast didn't end when Razor disappeared from the screen. It only changed shape.
Within minutes, every television channel across the state was showing breaking news coverage and every reporter seemed to be speaking at once while politicians rushed into buildings, police departments locked down and federal agencies scrambled to understand what had just happened.
Razor had released the offshore evidence. All of it. Or enough of it to cause absolute chaos.
