Bones looked like he was barely holding himself together.
A man stepped from the vehicle. He wore dark tactical clothing without any identifying markings.
His expression remained completely emotionless.
"Where are the files?" The man asked and Knox stepped forward.
"Where's the rest of your team?" Knox asked and the man smiled faintly.
"You don't ask questions." He said as Knox's jaw tightened.
"Then neither do you." Knox said and the man's expression changed.
Barely. But enough and Saint suddenly spoke through the radio.
"Something's wrong." Saint said.
I looked toward the surrounding buildings and then the first shot rang out.
Everything exploded into chaos.
Gunfire erupted from multiple directions and everyone scattered for cover while Dani dropped to the ground.
