Victor's POV
The camera was already recording when I stepped into frame.
Behind me, several Black Reapers stood beside their motorcycles, while the damaged streets around us provided exactly the image I wanted.
I wanted people to see what had happened. I wanted them to see that the Iron Vipers had not stopped us.
They had defended one towing depot, but three other locations had been hit, and several businesses across town had suffered damage.
The Iron Vipers had spent months pretending they could control this war. Now I wanted everyone watching to understand that control was slipping away from them and I looked directly into the camera.
“Tonight, the Iron Vipers learned that they can’t hide behind their businesses or their families forever.” I said and I paused before continuing.
