The guys had started to clean s**t up and fix the s**t that was broken while I was talking to the couple. I walked through the house with them as they looked at it again. I pointed out things that had been redone over the years and the fact that all of the appliances were brand new. Mom had just had the kitchen redone a year before they moved in with me.
After talking to me and seeing how the guys were working to help fix the place, they were sold. They loved the place and wanted to get moved in as soon as possible. This job and move were going to help their family alot. They let me know that they had already sold their house and were using the profits from it to move and buy this place.
