While Bear was gone, we had been busy getting s**t ready for the big meeting. Zeus set up a special email just for it. That way, we could give it out, and they could get hold of us that way if they needed to. We managed to call everyone who was on our lists and let them know about the meeting and when it would be.
So far, everyone that we had invited has gotten back to us about it, with the exception of a few people. If they don't call us soon, then we may need to find someone else to come in their place. We need to have at least two groups from each state. That way, they can split the groups in their states up and pass the information along.
While we were trying to get s**t ready for it, Zeus made plenty of gadgets to place around the room that we'll be using for the meeting
