It's been a month since Ridge found his fated mate and ran with his new partner in the woods with Sky and me, trying to lure Robynne back out of that dark place she has put herself in. He has since returned home, taking with him his fated mate. I heard there was a bit of a stir at the pack, but we all agreed that, since I claimed Robynne as my mate and the goddess gave Ridge a second-chance mate, it calmed the pack down quickly. A small lie, but a believable one, and all the packs knew what I was like, and would take who I pleased. This time, my bad reputation worked in someone's favour.
The injection didn't work on Robynne, or she has some immunity to it, or the newer batches didn't have the same strength as her first batches did; however, they do work on rogues. I'm not sure
