Cynthia covers Liz’s legs with a sheet that Rosa gave, and starts examining her. When she looked up, she looked a bit worried. “What’s wrong?” I asked. “I don't think we will make it to the hospital in time. This little man wants out now.” she says, and shows me to come closer. She lifts the sheet and shows me to look and when I do, my eyes widen.

It's good that her water broke. But we won't be able to move her now. It's too risky. Liz, I need you to push when you feel the need to.
