I was excited to see Mama Petrov. I’ve been home from the hospital for two days. In that time, I had to talk to two detectives who were gracious enough to come to Anthony’s house and talk to me. I was surprised when the female detective pulled me aside and actually thanked me for putting Vito in the ground. She said they had been after him for a long time, and his case was affecting her home life. Now she could relax some, and enjoy her family. I told her I was glad to help.
Then, the boys came over. Marco arrived with roses, Rome arrived with an edible arrangement of chocolate-covered strawberries, chocolate-dipped oranges, peaches, and pineapple. And last but not least, Michael came with a green smoothie for the baby’s and my health and a very pretty silk scarf.
