Listening to Riley tell her story fills my heart with so much sadness, but I am also very impressed. She managed to not only survive, but thrive for five years all on her own. I saw the recordings of the two fights she had at Axel's club, and she was damn good. My son had better make sure he treats her well. Though it would be funny to see her whip his ass.
Miguel comes walking in with a laptop and sets it up for her. "Thank you," Riley says and smiles sweetly at Miguel. His answering smile tells me that those two are definitely going to be together soon. My son is a lot like me. When our mind is set on something, nothing and no one will stop us. I believe he can make Riley very happy. And from the looks Dom and Trish are giving me, they seem to be thinking the same.
