Colt
Everything is dark around me. I think I hear voices in the distance but so mumbled. I feel paralyzed, I can't speak, I can’t move. I’m just stuck in this place.
I don’t like feeling like this. I want to get out of wherever it is I am at.
Suddenly I see this tiny light in the distance. What is that?
It stands out because this place I am in is so dark. The light was getting brighter.
“Colt! No! Please don’t die!” I heard very clearly being shouted.
“Sam?” I tried to ask, but I couldn’t get the words out.
“Colt! No!” Sam screamed.
There was hurt in that scream. What was going on? Was I actually dead?
I don’t feel like I am. Why is Sam screaming like that?
The light I am seeing is getting brighter. This room is starting to fill with light.
