Val has been on edge since the rehearsal lunch. Terrance was cold toward her, but she was expecting that since it was the one who persuaded Sarah Joy to make changes to their wedding. Val believes that Terrance should let bygones be bygones. Since Sarah Joy changed all the details back as they had planned, for some strange reason, she's concerned about Pernell and Stevie's attitudes.
Owen is still avoiding her except when they're in public. He had the maids move her belongings into a bedroom down the hall. Val fussed about it because the master bathroom is bigger and has a walk-in tub. Owen pointed out to her that he's the only one in that house who pays the bills. Also, she doesn't deserve it. Val still hasn't gotten over Owen's new attitude toward her.
