When I was done cleaning Sean’s wounds, I followed him to his room. I thought he would ask me to leave because I had never been there before.
But to my surprise, he didn’t say anything.
He even closed the door after I entered.
His room looked like a sanctuary. It was different from the other parts of the house.
“So who were you fighting with?” I asked, still curious to know who had attacked the house.
Sean let out a deep sigh as he stood in front of the floor-length mirror, tracing his hand around his body.
“It was my brother,” his voice was tight and I could tell that he was still upset about the situation.
Sean didn’t talk about his family. There was still a lot I didn’t know about him. I was surprised to hear that he even had a brother.
