Evelyn’s POV The feeling hadn't gone away. In fact, it was determined to linger as the days went on. Each morning I woke up feeling horribly lethargic. By the afternoon, I was usually hit with a low strain of nausea that would thankfully pass as long as I had some peppermint tea on hand. I had made it a point to speak to the kitchen staff and inquire about the chicken that I had sworn had gone bad.
