Being at the receiving end of Kane’s malice was not something I was ever used to. I never thought that he had it in him to speak to me in such a manner. In a way, I knew I was taking a chance by provoking him by bringing up such a delicate subject.
But, hey, in my defense, how was I supposed to know that the psycho would completely flip and tear her own bedroom apart?
I was sort of hoping to use that to my advantage in my conversation with Kane. He needed to realize that having such a volatile woman as his Luna would surely lead to bigger problems down the road.
