Kane’s POV Thankfully, Henri nodded his head and jumped into action. He gathered up the others and began searching the surrounding area. Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a nearby tree that had several large slashes taken out of it. I reached out my hand; my fingers glided along the s***h marks in sheer wonderment. Holy s**t.
