The compound gates opened as soon as our trucks came into view. We drove inside and parked near the garage without drawing attention to what had happened. A few prospects were finishing their work while brothers moved between the clubhouse and garage. To everyone else, we had returned from another job.
I climbed out and shut the truck door. Cassidy was somewhere inside waiting for me, and I wanted to find her. Before I could walk away, Ridge called my name. I turned and saw him standing beside his truck.
