Every part of me wanted to follow Kael to get Eli, but I knew I would just be in the way or worse, I would be a distraction. I could get him hurt. That thought had my heart aching in my chest. That was why Callen was so insistent that Kael end our marriage. Luna's are meant to run the pack by their alpha's side.
